What's the difference between stock, hand-lubed and hand-lubed & filmed switches?
- Stock switches are shipped as-is from the factory. Some may include factory lube, while others are completely dry.
- Hand-lubed switches are manually lubricated by us using either Krytox 205G0 (for linears) or Krytox 3203/3204 (for tactiles), depending on the switch type.
- Hand-lubed & filmed switches include the same manual lubing, plus are filmed with Durock Foam Films to reduce stem wobble and subtly enhance sound.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 4PM EST are usually shipped same business days. Otherwise please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Economy shipping typically takes 5-7 days for delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Keep in mind that duties or custom fees may apply depending on your countrry.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Just reach out and we'll take care of it.
